You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m1cuci login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify m1cuci's support team of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account. m1cuci shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
m1cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where m1cuci suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonus systems, collusion, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Service.
m1cuci currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). m1cuci reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

m1cuci reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed after the relevant event or game outcome had already been determined; the odds or payout offered were the result of a technical error; there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome; or the bet forms part of a coordinated strategy designed to exploit pricing errors or system vulnerabilities.
Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to maximum win caps as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. m1cuci's decision on any wagering dispute shall be final.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally through m1cuci's customer support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
In the event of any dispute regarding a specific game outcome or bet result, m1cuci's server logs shall be considered the definitive record of all relevant activity. Where a technical malfunction is identified, m1cuci may void the affected bet or game round and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
